  • Homeowners, sellers, or property owners.
  • Buyers and investors.
  • Licensed real estate professionals (Realtors).
  • Ancillary real estate services (Title Company, Home Inspector, Appraiser, etc.).

Important:

  • The platform does not act as a real estate broker, agent, lender, or financial advisor.
  • The platform does not negotiate, structure, or execute real estate transactions.
  • All negotiations, contracts, and leaseback arrangements are conducted independently by users and/or their chosen professionals.
  • Participation in this platform is voluntary, and use of the platform does not guarantee any outcome, including property sale, leaseback, or investment return.

2. General Disclaimers

  • This platform is not a foreclosure rescue service.
  • We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

No Endorsement or Ranking

The platform does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any real estate professional. Any decision to engage a professional is made solely by the user.

No Commission or Referral Fees

The platform does not receive commissions, referral fees, or transaction-based compensation from any real estate transaction. Realtors pay a flat subscription fee for platform access and advertising only.

4. Realtor Conduct Acknowledgment

When signing up as a real estate professional, you may be required to acknowledge that you understand you are a licensed real estate professional acting independently and that any representation, negotiation, or fiduciary duties arise solely between yourself and your client, not the platform.

5. User Responsibilities

By using this platform, users agree to:
